Program Description
Collin Air Conditioning, Inc. ("Collin Air," "we," "us") operates an SMS notification program to send service-related text messages to customers who have provided their mobile number and consented to receive them. Messages are transactional and relate to scheduled service, including but not limited to:
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- "Technician on the way" dispatch notifications
- Service status updates
- Schedule changes or rescheduling notices
- Follow-up communication related to completed work
How to Opt In
You opt in to receive SMS notifications by providing your mobile number to Collin Air when scheduling service, registering as a customer, or by texting our business number to request service. By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Collin Air at that number.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your scheduled service activity. You will typically receive messages only when you have an active service request, appointment, or technician dispatch.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your wireless carrier will apply to each message sent or received. Collin Air does not charge for these messages, but your carrier may.
How to Opt Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message and you will not receive further SMS messages from this program. If you want to rejoin, reply START or sign up again.

Carrier Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, Cricket, Alltel, and other major carriers.

We respect your privacy. Mobile information, including your phone number and SMS opt-in data, will not be shared with or sold to third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for marketing or promotional purposes at any time. Eligibility
You must be the account holder or have authorization from the account holder of the mobile number you provide. You must be 18 years or older, or have parental consent, to enroll.
